All drivers are well-trained, licensed safari drivers. The Land Cruiser vehicles are fully insured and well-equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, a government tracker, GPS, GMS, and a first aid box. However, the local partner has no responsibility for any physical or moral damage, loss, accident, sickness, or any other type of injury.
Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. A PAN card will not be considered valid address proof. All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government in the wake of COVID-19 are to be followed. Social distancing is to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended.

Children from 3 to 10 years of age will be charged per the child rates. Everyone of age 11+ will be charged as per adult rates.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.
